I am a Young and Emerging Evaluator, I joined CamSEE with little or no knowledge on M&E, I used to look at Monitoring and evaluation as a very difficult thing to do especially as a woman but CamSEE has proved me wrong, through continuous M&E trainings. Additional trainings are coming on key M&E principles, standard, data management (Power BI) and I never missed any. Indeed, CamSEE is family, the warm interactions, non-discriminatory practices, the kind reminders, the readiness to share knowledge and assist in any areas of lack and all the follow up. Talking about our mentorship program where I am being assigned a mentor to follow up with me and ensure I achieve all the necessary skills and objectives, which is geared toward internship placement for an in-depth practical knowledge. All this is thanks to the day i joined CamSEE. Gradually I am graduating to an M&E expert.
