President

Meet the President of the Cameroon Society of English-Speaking Evaluators (CamSEE), Agbor Frankline Ojong. With over 7 years of experience in the field of monitoring and evaluation, Frankline has become a prominent voice in the field.


Prior to taking on the role of President of CamSEE, Frankline served as the Vice President of the Cameroon Development Evaluation Association (CaDEA) for six years. he has also worked in the Monitoring and Evaluation office for numerous international organizations, including the Pan African Institute for Development West Africa, International Rescue Committee, Norwegian Refugee Council and German International Cooperation.


He holds a master’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation from the Uganda Technology and Management University and a bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Development from the Pan African Institute for Development West Africa. An IOB (Institute of Development Policy) scholar from the Evaluation Capacity Development (ECD) Program at the University of Antwerp, Belgium.


Under Frankline’s leadership, CamSEE has launched several initiatives aimed at improving the quality of monitoring and evaluation in Cameroon. These initiatives include developing standardized M&E training for Young and Emerging Evaluators, Initiated M&E professional mentorship program, and promoting collaboration among stakeholders (civil societies and academia). Frankline is a firm believer in the power of monitoring and Evaluation for decision making, learning and accountability. He is passionate about helping organizations use evaluation to make informed decisions and to improve their programs and services.


Overall, Frankline’s expertise and leadership have been instrumental in advancing the field of monitoring and evaluation in Cameroon. Through his work with the CamSEE and beyond, he is committed to ensuring that organizations are equipped with the M&E tools and knowledge they need to make a positive impact in their communities.
