Divine Ngeh Budzi is a Monitoring and Evaluation Professional, a Youth Motivator, a Public Health Professional and Humanitarian Worker.
He has more than Seven (7) years’ experience in the field of Monitoring and Evaluation of Community projects in the development and humanitarian field. He has mostly worked in the sectors of Health, WASH in emergencies, Child Protection, Child survival, Adolescent and Youth empowerment. He has also been able to manage feedback and complaint mechanisms as part of the strategy of accountability of affected persons (AAP) thus ensuring client responsiveness towards program interventions. His experience has given experience working with National CBOs as well as International NGOs such as International Rescue Committee (IRC) and Plan International.
He is the Co-founder of Sustainable Community Health and Development Organisation (SCHEDO) and organization aimed at promoting sustainable community health in Cameroon.
He is also the co-founder and board member of a youth association dubbed Hidden and Emerging Treasures Initiative (HETI). HETI is a Youth-Focused and Youth-Led organisation aimed at reaching out to young persons who want to identify their potentials, talents and areas of giftedness. The organisation creates a platform for youths to be inspired on how to create impact in his or her community using his or her potentials
He has been able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. He has the ability to plan and manage competing priorities with ease. Good Knowledge of the usage of IT tools (such as the MS package and other professional software). Ability to work within with and in diverse teams. He has been able to collaborate with others on Research and Data Analysis. He has the ability to take the initiative, to work independently with limited supervision. He has experience in working in emergency or crises as well as with Local Communities with diverse cultures in Cameroon with International Rescue Committee and Plan International.
