Mah has serve as an International Independent Consultant with focus on Monitoring Evaluation Research and Learning (MERL), project design and management, DRR and trainings to both local NGOs/INGOS and parastatal .
A holder of a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Development from the Pan African Institute for Development West Africa (PAID-WA), a Bachelor’s Degree in Environment and Agriculture and A Higher Technical Diploma in Development Studies with specialization in Project Planning Management and Evaluation
