From 28/11/23 to 30/11/2023, CamSEE participated in the Evaluation Capacity Development Seminar in Uganda organized by the Institute of Development Policy (IOB), University of Antwerp, Belgium.

The purpose of the conference was to showcase the achievements of 20 evaluation associations whose members are Alumni of the University.

CamSEE’s achievements included the organization of the global evaluation week, the Launching of CamSEE Young and Emerging Evaluators (YEE) and its mentorship program, and the evaluation capacity strengthening partnership with the Pan African Institute for Development West Africa.

CamSEE’s representative co-led the youth in evaluation working group and contributed to the youth in evaluation poster. Besides the capacity strengthening we gained from this conference, the event equally enhanced our networking with evaluators in Africa and beyond.
