Young and Emerging Evaluators Internship Program

Keen on fostering practical experience, the association will be launching their Young and Emerging Evaluators Internship Program in January 2024. Acknowledging that knowledge gained through real-world experience is unparalleled, they are reaching out to organizations where interns could immerse themselves in evaluation projects.
The program will offer promising young evaluators the opportunity to apply their skills in diverse projects and contexts. Interns (Mentees) will be working alongside their mentors (experienced) evaluators, gaining invaluable hands-on experience. This immersive journey will allow them to witness the impact of evaluations firsthand, understand the challenges that evaluation practitioners face, and craft innovative solutions. Gradually, the interns will become confident evaluators, ready to make their mark in the professional world.
